Refund Policy
At Ceres Derma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a refund policy to ensure you are looked after.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available if you return the product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- It must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. If the product does not meet the above conditions, your refund request may be denied.
How to Request a Refund :
To request a refund, please follow the return process outlined in our Return Policy. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your refund will cover the cost of the product, excluding any shipping fees. If the item is returned because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will also refund the shipping costs.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. This may apply if:
- The product has been opened or used but is still in resalable condition.
- The item is returned with missing parts or packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide evidence (photos or video) so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Refundable Items:Â
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Used, opened, or damaged products.
- Items purchased from unauthorised retailers.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions, unless they are defective.
Refund Processing Time:Â
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Cancellations:Â
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it may already be in processing for shipment.
