At Ceres Derma, we want you to love the products you order from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help you return it. Please read our Return Policy to understand how it works.
Eligibility for Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your product. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
If these conditions are met, you can request a return. If the return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept it.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process:

- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and confirm whether it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on how to return the item to us.
Return Shipment: Please ensure the item is carefully packed and returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and dispatching your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
To report a damaged or incorrect item:
- Provide clear photographs or a video of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Email us at support@ceresderma.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or return.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, the simplest method is to return the item first and then place a new order for the product you want. Once we receive and process your return, you can proceed with your new purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (beyond the initial return period).
- Items purchased from unauthorised retailers.
- Products bought during promotions or clearance sales, unless they are defective.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind about your order, we offer cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped.
